Donald Coins ships gold and silver coins worldwide. Every order is fully insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery. This page summarises how shipping works. Coverage and destinations
We ship to most countries. Deliveries within the UAE are handled by a local courier; international shipments use insured carriers such as DHL Express and FedEx. A small number of destinations are unavailable because of international sanctions or carrier policy — if your country is not offered at checkout, contact us and we will advise.
Insurance and risk
Every shipment is covered end-to-end by a precious-metals insurance policy for the full declared value, from the moment it leaves our vault until it is signed for at the destination. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the order is replaced or refunded in full.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or on the first attempted delivery if you or your authorised representative is unavailable to sign.
Handling and delivery times
- Handling. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- UAE delivery. Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery. Typically 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Signature and discreet packaging
Every order requires an adult signature on delivery. Shipments are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to coins, precious metals, or Donald Coins on the label. Coins are secured inside tamper-evident inserts.
Duties, taxes and customs
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes at the destination. These charges are set by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare packages accurately to comply with customs law.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the package is handed to the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of payment confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@donaldcoin.ae.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an item that is materially different from the description, contact us at info@donaldcoin.ae within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging, the product, and the packing slip. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our Terms & Conditions.
