1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at donaldcoin.ae (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Shipping & Delivery page, which form part of your agreement with us.

2. About Donald Coins

Donald Coins is a trade name operated by Jatual Diamonds DMCC, a company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone, United Arab Emirates. References in these Terms to "Donald Coins", "we", "us", or "our" are references to Jatual Diamonds DMCC trading as Donald Coins.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are not a person prohibited from purchasing precious metals under the laws of your country of residence or the country of delivery.

4. Products and descriptions

Donald Coins offers a curated selection of gold and silver coins, including bullion, commemorative, and limited-edition issues. We take care to describe the metal, purity, weight, diameter, and origin of each product as accurately as possible. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour, tone, and finish may occur due to photography, screen calibration, and the natural characteristics of precious metals.

Where a product is described as graded or certified, the grade assigned by the relevant grading authority (for example, PCGS or NGC) is final. Unless expressly stated otherwise, coins are sold as bullion or collector items, not as legal tender in the UAE.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are fixed at the time of listing and do not track the live spot price of gold or silver unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before an order is accepted.

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order — for example, a product listed at a price clearly lower than the prevailing market — we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. No contract is formed in respect of an obvious pricing error.

Value-added tax (VAT) and any import duties applicable in your destination country are not included in the displayed price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting a payment, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the total order amount to the payment method you provide.

Donald Coins may, in the future, offer cryptocurrency payments through a third-party payment provider. Any such payment method, if made available, will be disclosed at checkout and will be subject to the provider's own terms in addition to these Terms. Until such time, cryptocurrency is not accepted.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us at info@donaldcoin.ae and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to law enforcement.

7. Orders and acceptance

The display of a product on the Site is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) on these Terms. We may accept or decline your offer in our sole discretion.

A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email and payment has been received in cleared funds. An automated confirmation or receipt generated at checkout is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it.

Once accepted, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@donaldcoin.ae and will be honoured only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. Availability and refusal of orders

All products are offered subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of any item you can purchase, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue a product without prior notice. We may also refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, breach of these Terms, or circumstances that prevent us from lawfully fulfilling it.

9. Shipping, risk, and title

Shipping is governed by the Shipping & Delivery page. In summary: orders ship worldwide, are fully insured in transit, and require a signature on delivery.

Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds. Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or on the first attempted delivery if you or your authorised representative is unavailable to sign.

Delivery timeframes shown on the Site or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns and refunds

Due to the volatility of precious-metals prices, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched, except as set out below:

• Damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or materially different from the description, contact us at info@donaldcoin.ae within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging, the product, and the packing slip. We will arrange a replacement, an equivalent exchange, or a refund at our discretion.
• Counterfeit items. Every coin we sell is guaranteed authentic. If a product is independently verified to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund on return of the item at our expense.
• Order cancellation before dispatch. If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the amount paid in full, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

11. Authenticity and grading

Every coin we sell is verified for authenticity before dispatch. Where a coin is supplied with certification from a third-party grading service, the grade and the grading service's own terms apply. We make no representation about the future market value or numismatic premium of any coin.

12. Identity verification, AML, and sanctions

Precious-metals transactions are subject to the UAE's anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing framework, and to international sanctions programmes (including those administered by the UN, the OFAC, and the EU). For high-value orders or where required by law, we may ask you to provide government-issued identification and source-of-funds information before we accept or dispatch an order.

You warrant that you are not a resident of, or located in, any country, territory, or entity subject to comprehensive UAE or international sanctions, and that the purchase is not made on behalf of any such person. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that would breach applicable sanctions or AML law.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any unlawful activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any connected system.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful material through the Site or any form on it.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, icons, product imagery, and the Donald Coins brand — is owned by Jatual Diamonds DMCC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

15. Investment disclaimer

Precious metals can fluctuate in value, sometimes significantly. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions to buy, hold, or sell coins should be based on your own assessment and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional. Donald Coins is not a regulated financial advisor and does not provide investment advisory services. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, other than the authenticity guarantee in clause 11 and any warranty that cannot be excluded under the non-excludable law of the UAE.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donald Coins, Jatual Diamonds DMCC, and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any purchase, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss attributable to changes in the market price of precious metals.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donald Coins and Jatual Diamonds DMCC from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, strike, fire, flood, power outage, cyber-attack, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, courier disruption, or changes in applicable law.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order.

We encourage you to contact us at info@donaldcoin.ae before starting formal proceedings, so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, applicable law, or best practice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

22. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Shipping & Delivery page, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of your use of the Site and any order.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Electronic communications. By using the Site you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including email, and agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
